I am using Windows 7 as an example for installing the USB driver for MT65xx USB driver (download it here).
You could also use this method for most other USB drivers for Android phones.
To install the MT65xx Android USB driver on Windows 7 for the first time:
1) Unzip the content of the USB driver for MT65xx unto your desktop. You should find a folder called “MT65xx_USB_Driver” on your desktop.
2) Connect your MT65xx device to your computer’s USB port.
3) Right-click on Computer from your desktop or Windows Explorer, and select Manage.
4) Select Devices in the left pane.
5) Locate and expand Other device in the right pane.
6) Right-click the device name (e.g. MT65xx Android Phone or some other device which was detected) and select Update Driver Software. This will launch the Hardware Update Wizard.
7) Select Browse my computer for driver software and click Next.
8) Click Browse and locate the USB driver folder. In this case, it would be on the desktop e.g. Browse to C:\Users\<your PC name>\Desktop\MT65xx_USB_Driver\MT65xx_USB_Driver\usb_driver.
9) Click Next to install the driver.
Or, to upgrade an existing MT65xx Android USB driver on Windows 7 with the new driver (if you have been using an older version):
1) Connect your MT65xx device to your computer’s USB port.
2) Right-click on Computer from your desktop or Windows Explorer, and select Manage.
3) Select Device Manager in the left pane of the Computer Management window.
4) Locate and expand MT65xx Android Phone in the right pane.
5) Right-click Android Composite ADB Interface and select Update Driver. This will launch the Hardware Update Wizard.
6) Select Install from a list or specific location and click Next.
7) Select Search for the best driver in these locations; un-check Search removable media; and check Include this location in the search.
8) Click Browse and locate the USB driver folder. (The MT65xx USB Driver is located for example in C:\Users\<your PC name>\Desktop\MT65xx_USB_Driver\MT65xx_USB_Driver\usb_driver)
9) Click Next to upgrade the driver.
Alternatively, a reader has mentioned that you can copy the content of the USB driver zip file i.e. C:\Users\<your PC name>\Desktop\MT65xx_USB_Driver\MT65xx_USB_Driver\usb_driver content into C:\Windows. This may work, but the normal way is as described above. You can try if the above fails.
funciono para mi, muchas gracias!!
