There had been quite a bit of questions from customers’ IT department around about how to decide on the right application architecture for a mobile application – should it be native, hybrid, web-based, or somewhere in between? Well it seems that the folks at OutSystems came up with a simple to understand flowchart to enlighten us on how we can select the right architecture for our mobile application. Of course, there are no fool-proof decision-making flows, but I would see it as a starting point for mobile developers to determine what kind of architecture should be adopted for a particular kind of business mobile application.
